1-LFW- LIVE SHOWS

As part of the launch of the Digital Schedule this season, the British Fashion Council and Starworks have been working together to provide a service that will allow industry insiders to comment on the shows live as they unfold called Starworks Conversations.

2-LFW-STARWORKS CONVERSATIONS

Starworks Conversations just launched exclusively during London Fashion Week, A/W 2010. The project harnesses key industry voices in a live dialogue. Starworks Conversations will exist on the London Fashion Week website, alongside the first ever digital schedule presentations and shows.

There are three main components to a Starworks Conversations channel: ‘Insiders’, ‘Fashion Fans’ and ‘Links’. ‘Insiders’, follows the authoritative voices of the brand. ‘Fashion Fans’ monitors any tweets or discussion of the brand taking place. And the ‘Links’ section pulls in any content that is tweeted surrounding the same topics.

Check it out at: Londonfashionweeklive.co.uk. There are a few fashion shows left to enjoy this week.

For any questions regarding Starworks Conversations, contact George MacPherson at Starworks London george@starworkslondon.com.

See you at the shows online.

For the first time ever, Costello Tagliapietra collaborated with Metalskin to put together this season’s runway looks. Metalskin is essentially a leather accessories company, designed by Alicia Halegua which comprises a collection of wrap bracelets in colorful genuine leathers and exotic skins.

For the Fall/Winter collection, Alicia Halegua and Jeffrey Costello & Robert Tagliapietra of Costello Tagliapietra worked to create special pieces including braided bracelets, belts and other accessories in complimenting tones and a palette inspired by the paintings of American artist Ross Bleckner.
