Burger Bash!

Last weekend I braved the Friday afternoon traffic (it took 6 hours to get there!) and headed out to Montauk for some time away from the city. We stayed at the fab new Montauk Yacht Club, the nautical decor is very refreshing and the harbor side rooms are amazing! It’s a gorgeous spot and they allow dogs, so little Monster the dachshund could come along!
While I didn’t end up grabbing any of the famed Marlin Dip, I did attend the MYC’s Burger Bash, hosted by celeb chef Katie Lee Joel. KLJ was serving up her insanely delicious Logan County Burgers, which are basically a sinful, gourmet combo of a grilled cheese and a traditional burger, spiced up with Katie’s down home West Virginia touch.

Definitely keep an eye out for Katie and her burgers, big things are happening! The Bash was just one event in a weekend series celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the MYC. It was a great weekend!
