Jane’s Journey

STARWORKS London, with the addition of L.A.’s Sharon and Catherine, bid a fond and tear-y farewell to the beloved Jane Hanrahan last week, as she prepares for as many holidays as she can get before the 3rd trimester flight ban kicks in and Baby Hanrahan appears. Yes, that’s right, Jane, one of the London office’s Founding Partners has left us!
In the sunny courtyard of Home House (a favorite meeting point of ours), amidst a few too many bottles of wine (the reason for this blog coming a week late due to the ‘loss’ of a certain camera), speeches were made by SW London MD Nicki Bidder and Partner, Sharon Ainsberg (over on business from L.A) who has known Jane the longest of all assembled guests – so therefore gave the loooooooooongest speech.
We will all miss Jane terribly and are supes excited for her future; as James Grant himself once said, “Starworks in London is without a shadow of a doubt quickly becoming the premier entertainment and fashion agency in the UK and none of that would be possible unless Jane had come along four years ago and done the business.”
He concluded his speech, “Myself and Alana will always be grateful to Jane for everything that she has done for us over the years and wish her all the best with her new addition” (that means her new child)…
And I’m sure every one of us here in London, and in every other STARWORKS office around the world will echo that and wish her well. We love you Jane.
