Yet another Starworks casting by Greg Krelenstein. Photographed by Mark Abrahams. I’m a fan of this portfolio… beautifully shot and a great collection of artists.
I will venture to say this video counts as one of my “Graphic of the Day” entries. On top of that, it’s an informative view of the history of Internet. I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of this story because frankly, it’s so insane how it all came together. What was once considered a solution to communicate during the Cold War, has slowly become the glue that keeps all our cultures connected together.

I mean, we got there so early, there was plenty of time to bounce and catch him on TV. Why didn’t I dress better? Why didn’t I use my celebrity hook up to get better tix? Why didn’t I bring a blanket? Why am I here freezing my ass off? Why why why?!?! It all ran through my mind during the 4-hour wait for President Obama to appear….. (more)

Today’s graphic of the day is designed by the Design Director at W Magazine, Edward Leida (whom we’ve featured before). This particular graphic was created for a story on the New York Times website on profanities. It just caught my eye, that’s all.
